The Harrow Safer Neighbourhood Board (HSNB) is committed to the highest privacy standards. However you choose to interact with us, we will only collect data that is necessary for us to respond to your enquiry and / or to forward the same to the relevant organisation who may be able to deal or assist you with your issue – this may include the local council or the Police.
This policy provides detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it and the very limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others.
Collection of your Personal Information
In addition to your basic contact information, we will never ask you for any other personal information as we do not need nor store any of this information. If you choose to send us an email and include any information and/or personal information in your communication, this information will remain in our email systems and you can request for this information to be deleted via a separate email request to us.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

The information we collect about you is used to ensure we provide you with the best and most appropriate information and identify user behaviour and interaction on our website.

We will NOT retain your information for any purpose. At most, we will, with your permission forward your information / request or issue to the relative organisation, local council or the Police as appropriate or necessary.
